How much do cranio-sacral treatments cost ?
This is an easy question to answer - each one hour treatment costs £40.
Treatments last approximately one hour, with around 50 to 55 minutes of actual hands-on therapy.
A whole hour can be too long for babies and small children, in this case half hour treatments for £20 are available after the first one hour treatment. (This session would have around 20 minutes of actual hands-on therapy)
Treatments at home are also charged at £40 per one hour treatment, plus a call-out fee.

How many cranio-sacral treatments will I need?
This is a really difficult question to answer, but I know it is an important one. We are all different in our body structures and personal life experiences; we have all had our own individual and unique selection of knocks, blows and traumas. Babies react to CST very quickly and so may need just one session, however, us grown-ups might reasonably expect to need between two and six CST sessions. Some maybe less and some, unusually, maybe more. The average is probably around three treatments.
Some people enjoy the relaxation aspects that CST provides and have regular treatments, maybe every month or so.
I will help you to plan and schedule your own individual appointment intervals. I do not offer any “packaged” fixed length treatment courses because I have found in the past that it is impossible to predict the number of treatments that will be required. I'll help you to decide when, or if, you may require further CST treatments and of course I will be very happy to help you decide on how your treatments should progress. Sometimes it feels good to book a series of treatments, but then again, sometimes it feels better to “just see how it goes”.
